Any screen selected except the opening "My Finances" screen displays an
extra window segment tile overlay and none of the menu controls are
functional. This has just happened in the last 24 hours after
successful quicken usage for years. I changed video resolution, and
created a new test file, but problem persists. No new video or system
updates, no other programs or browser windows have a problem. Any
ideas?
